Alan Stein is the strength and conditioning Coach for national power DeMatha High School.  He is also one of the most inspiring speakers I have had the privilege of hearing speak live.  I check his blog out a lot, and you should too!  He posts a lot of great thoughts as well as strength and agility training videos.
